This require a slight mathematical calculation in order to get what you want without any form of cheating. It's also a way of having precision to your measurements so that you don't buy excess or less than what you intended to purchase. 

The wall tiles are parked 15 pieces (i.e 1.5m²) per carton in 25×40, while 30×60 is 9 pieces per carton (1.62m²). 

For floor tiles; 
30×30 = 17 pieces per carton (1.53m²)
40×40 = 12 pieces per carton (1.92m²)
60×60 = 4 pieces per carton (1.44m²)

Prices 
The price is truly controlled by the forces of market economy such as transportation fare, dollar rates and so on.
